Uses: p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid is an auxin-active phenoxy plant growth regulator that is absorbed by the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of plants. It is mainly used to prevent falling flowers and fruits, inhibit the rooting of beans, promote fruit set, induce fruitless fruits, and have ripening and increasing yield. Can also be used for fruit thinning of pear trees. If p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid is mixed with 0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the effect is better. Herbicidal effect at high doses.
